Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

spousel separation

My wife and I are having marital problems, we have discussed this in private(at home) itwas never brought up at work. We work together along with my girlfriend and her husband,it is a electronics factory. recently, I discussed all of my affairs with women at work, with my wife, in the privacy of our home. She then chose to confront these women at work, I was recently let go by the company, they stated that know could concentrate and production was suffering, why was I let go?, I said nothing at work to bring my private life in. do I have any rights, though I am not a very nice person for what I have done, I do not think I should have been fired.
