My mother has lived in an apt for the last 35 years she has no lease and now they are selling the house and told her to be out in 30 dats what are her rights

If your mother lives in New York City, she may be subject to the Rent Stabilzation Law or the Rent Control laws which may mean that she can not be evicted. If she is not subject to either, I can get her until the end of the year to vacate the apartment.
