Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Is the photographers name safe?

There's a lawsuit started and the defence keeps asking for the name of the photographer who took the pictures of the plaintiff.

Is the defense entitled to get the photographers name or is it safe by case law or something?

Thank you.

Re: Is the photographers name safe?

Unless defendant can prove the photos are not accurate I see no reason for giving the name of the photographer. The taker of the photos is not relevant. What is relevant is whether they are a fair and reasonable representation of what they purport to show.
