If an Directv installer has an accident while installing a dish on a roof, is Directv liable or is the building owner liable for damages?

Could be both. DIrect TV will handle the workers compensation aspect. If there was something wrong with the roof that caused the accident AND the home owner knew or should have known about it, there might well be a third-party lawsuit to deal with. Best, M. E. Zuller
