Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

My husband had a hip replacement back in 2005. He also has MS. Before the operation on his hip, he never fell. Since the hip operation he has fallen and dislocated his hip 9 times. He has to be taken by ambulance to the hospital where they sedate him and put the hip back in place. He walks horrible since this operation. Nurses in the hospital have told him several times that he needs to look into this matter more since it should not pop out as often has it has. Is there anything we can do about this matter?

By all means consult with new orthopedists for a fresh look at your husband's condition. No legal action advised at this point, if ever. Best, M.E. Zuller
