Re: liability for damages

If your children were injured, the fair grounds would be responsible.

Re: liability for damages

Liability may rest on a number of entities, including the worker and his employer - as with any personal injury claim the nature and extent of any injuries sustained by you children necessarily will impact whether or not this is something you should pursue. Re: liability for damages

Sounds like potential liability but you don't say whether anyone was hurt. Absent any serious injury, there would be no significant damages to justify a Supreme Court lawsuit. Best, M. E. Zuller

Re: liability for damages

It is likely that the employer of the person who disconnected the power line would be responsible, but we would need more information to make an accurate determination.

We would also need to discuss the extent of the injuries to your children.

What was the extent of your children's injuries?

Did you children receive immediate medical attention?

Are your children still under medical attention?

Where were you when the accident occurred?

Should you wish to discuss this matter further feel free to contact us.

Re: liability for damages

I am sorry for your misfortune. It seems that the worker is liable for the accident. The question is, were your two children injured? In a personal injury case you have to prove liability (who is at fault) and you have to prove damages (injuries). Kindly contact me, Pasquale Calcagno, Esq., for a free consultation at 1(800)WE-FIGHT and visit us on the web at www.1800wefight.com for helpful resources that can answer many of your questions.
