Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Multiple car Accident

As a passenger in a taxi that was involved in a chain accident(5 cars), who's insurance covers for my injuries?

Can I hold more than one car responsible when there is limited insurance.

Am I allowed to sue more than one driver including the taxi.

The taxi was the 2nd car in the row there were 3 behind him.

Re: Multiple car Accident

The quick answer is that you can sue more than one person in a multiple car accident. You should contact an attorney and have the case reviewed. The more complicated the case, the more you need an attorney.

Good Luck
