i just received a worker comp settlement That i dont belive was a fare amount for what i have been through, Is their any way to go to another injury lawyer to go after my company i worked for directly ?

Well workers' compensation is, for the most part, the exclusive remedy for workplace injuries, and prevents you from bringing any "direct" action against your employer. If there are other entities involved--the owner of the property or a general contractor--who are not your direct employer, you might have a right to seek relief from them; or if you were injured as a result of a product defect, an action against the manufacturer of that product might also be possible.
