Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Coop Board

The Shareholders are being denied to look at the books. We have had our share of increases and would like to have them justified. It is in our Bylaws that we have this right. They are not responding to us.

Re: Coop Board

You may need to retain a commercial litigator to enforce your shareholders' right to inspect books and records of the cooperative association if they have not responded to your written demand for inspection.

Feel free to contact our office if you want to discuss this further.
