deed form

where would i obtain a bargain and sale deed form and would this be excepted in new york?

Bargain and Sale deeds are used/accepted in NY. You usually can find the form for free on a NY Title Co.'s web site or purchase from stationery store or the internet.

BTW, you also need the other forms that go with the deed if it is to be recorded. Check with your county clerk.

If you have title insurance, better to use a Warranty Deed, otherwise you lose the title insurance.
