Giving Notice

In New York, by law how many months

notice must a tenant give a landlord in

a commercial space? is it different if

the building is privately owned and the

owner works in the building and rents

out rooms in his office space?

If there is a written agreement the tenant is bound by the language in the document. If there is only an oral agreement, 1 month notice.
