Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
power of atty
My mom lives in the state of florida and I live in NY. I will be transacting some real estate business on our behalf in NY. I will need a general power of atty to do this. Should my mom sign the power of atty form that is under the rules of NY or the one under the rules of the state of florida. Also just confirming that I would require a general power of atty.

She should be signing a POA where she is domiciled. That would be Florida.
