Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

discrimination / sexual harrasment

my firm had layoffs, some people were let go while others who had been given many warnings on performance and attitude were kept. It is suspected they have kept their job because they are married to an upper level manager in the firm and act as if they can do whatever they please. do people who were laid off have any case?

layoff is discriminatory. It might be on the factors you describe. I would be willing to discuss this with you if you like.
