Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

1180b based on information and belief

I was issued a ticket for 80 in a 55 on a state parkway based on information by an officer in an entirely different county and jurisdiction.. I passed a local cop who is from a city 50 miles away on a state parkway and he pulled me over after he saw a nys trooper and told the trooper I was doing 80mph based on a pace.. I was issued the ticket by the trooper and I am pleading Not Guilty.. What ammunition do I have to fuel my case based on these facts??
