Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
two speeding tickets for the price of one
I was pulled over by a ny state cop and
given two speeding tickets, one wile he
was going the other way, the other after
I sped up and he got me again. then
pulled me over and gave me both
tickets. Is that legal?

I need much more information before I can honestly appraise your situation. The simplist answer is you may receive 2 tickets if the speed zone changes and you violated each zone. Please call my office 7188340087 ,it seems you really need representation,inasmuch as your drivers license and/or privilege to drive may be in jeopardy.I am a former Traffic Court Judge and can be of assistance to you.
