Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Aressting Officer does not show up for cout
The arresting officer did not show up for court....
What should happen?
The judge dissmisses?
Another officer can take originals place?
The judge reschedules for another day?
And if another day how many times can the arresting officer not show?
What conciquences does officer suffer?
