Re: Desk Appearance Ticket

You will definitely not be arrested, but you do face criminal charges because you were driving with an unsuspended license at the time which is a crime. As such it would be highly advisable to retain an experienced attorney to represent you in court and would give you a much greater chance of reducing or even dismissing the charges. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. Re: Desk Appearance Ticket

A competent criminal defense attorney will be able most likely obtain a very good disposition for your case. It depends upon your prior criminal record and how many suspensions you had and for what charges. I handle these matters on a daily basis, you may contact my office @ 7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
