Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

I am male age 22. I just got charged with my first dwi. I got a 0.14 on the breathilizer. If I plead guilty what kind of sentence could I expect? Is there any way to plead not guilty with a test result like that?

I don't recommend pleading guilty. This charge is a crime (misdemeanor) which will follow you for the rest of your life. Plus, you'll be revoked for 6 months if you plead guilty. We can help possibly obtain a much better result. Feel free to call me at 212@683-7373 to discuss. We have a lot of experience with such cases. Matthew Weiss, Esq.

Don't plead guilty ,you may have defenses as well as "plea-bargain" possibilities. I handle these matters on a regular basis. Please call my office @ 718-834-0087 for a free phone consultation.

Sir:

You should never plead guilty to a DWI, as the potential consequences could follow you for life- as an example, you would have to check "Yes" on those employment questionnaires asking if you've ever been convicted of a crime.

Depending on where it occurred it might be reduced to a violation.

Please feel free to give me a call at 800-421-5314 if you have any questions or concerns.
