Can Attorney be a witness to a will

My grandfather recently pass away. his will was changed by his niecec. the witnesses were his lawyer and the lawyers wife. Can a lawyer wistness a singuture on a will he put together?

Yes, lawyers can witness wills that they drafted, provided that they are not beneficiaries under the terms of the will.
