Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My dad died in July 2001 and set up a trust for me which I allege was mismanged by my trustee, my dad's former accountant. The trust has been paid out in full to me and exhausted. However, I allege many damages done due to my allegation of mismanangement. Can I still sue? Is there a Statute of Limitations on this?

Generally there is a statute of limitations period - six years. However, there are many factors to determine whether the time to sue expired.
