Power of Attorney

My father is in intensive care following a fire that left him incapacitated . I am trying to get POA but having trouble finding a notary who will witness. My father cannott speak move his arms. The hospital social worker really has been no help. How can I obtain POA?

Re: Power of Attorney

If your father is incapacitated, he cannot validly execute a power of attorney. However, if he can satisfactorily exhibit his wishes and intentions, then he may be able to execute the document.
