Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

comp hearing

i recently went for my loss of use exam and it was 22% from my doctor. my hearing is scheduled and is in a few weeks. will i be receiving my settlement at this hearing? i really need this money asap. what should i expect?

Well, I hope that you have a lawyer assisting you with this case. I would assume that you have discussed the case with your lawyer, or would have if you had one.

please keep in mind that on such cases there are no out of pocket fees to the client, and you can seek legal represenation at no initial cost to you as a result - this generally results in greater monetary awards for you in the long term...
