Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

loss of use

i recently got my examination back that said i have a 22% loss of use of my left arm. can somebody tell me how much that equates to?and if that is compared to my regular pay or comps pay scale. thanks

That depends what is your AWW is and how much comp was already paid.

As far the amount of weeks. Take 22% and muliply that by 312. Then multiply it by your rate and minus the amount of comp previous paid and viola!!!!!!! You have your settlement.
