Legal Question
i started to see a doctor in may of '10 ... its now august of 10' and the problem is getting worse. ive been at physical therapy for this problem for the last 2 months and its not helping and the other day i hurt my shoulder, its the same shoulder im getting treatment for. but now its hurting more ... can i file at work for this problem?
