I just wann know the truth. because I overstayed my visa. I hope you have a way to help me, I assure you all what I need to know is the truth, so I can start from there, Thank you for your help

You need tos peak to an immigration attorney. It appears some investigation must occur before you can get a proper answer.

There is a lot more going on here than a message board can resolve. Please sit down and discuss with an experienced immigration-deportation lawyer to ensure you understand the full process, where you stand and the consequences of what's happened in the past.
