Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina

I need some help

I'm 16 and i was assaulted at McDonalds. A employee called her older sons to assault me in front of a manager. Another manager knew what was going to happen to me before it happened. I was assaulted behind the counter while i had my back turned and no manager was present and they both did nothing. I had to call the police because they were just standing there and one is on camera laughing. I was told to sue is it worth it. There is a lot more info to this case but i only could say so much

Re: I need some help

Whether it is worth it for you to sue depends on several factors. One factor is your degree of injuries, which is not clear from the question. Your claim may also be affected by whether you are employed by McDonald's. Assuming that you are not, then you might have a claim against McDonald's for failing to protect you from a foreseeable (and perhaps known) assault. You may want to consult with an attorney with more details.
