help does my friend havve a case
15:51:50] @ AdminDying : someone is blackmailing me online with a video I did online when I was drunk that would make me look very very bad now he wants me to do it again or he'll send it to silver i'm in trouble here its a very very sexual video putting it online is damage his says his going to put it on a porn site

Your statement is confusing. In every State, blackmail (extortion) is a criminal act. There are several courses available to you, but without more relevant information I would not want to try to make a recommendation.
