Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I was assaulted by a male over 18, and i am female age 58 in NC. After he hit me I went to dr, and have medical proof and other evidence, and a temp restraing order. However, He later filed a complaint saying I communicated a threat to hit him in the head with a glass mug. I have a court date. He alledged this after he had hit me and I was at the hospital. What can I expect. I have no priors of any kind.
