Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
There was a book published that indicated my now deceased brother in it implicating him as a rapist and a murderer. Can he legally do this?

If the publisher has a reasonable belief that your brother did these things...yes. If not, your brother's estate has a defamation claim.
