Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

ok i was charged with communicating threats and i suffer from anit-socail ,schizophernia , enlarged ventrical in brain ... now my question is i been off my meds . and i flipped out the police told me that they would help me get the meds straighten out and see a doctor cause i was in a manic high .. but all they did was take me to jail and then lock me in a cell and never let me see a doctor or get my meds straighten out.. witch is a vilolation of The Eighth Amendment protects people from cruel and unusual punishment. In addition, it protects the right to treatment for acute medical problems, including psychiatric problems. so what can i do about this
