Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

How can a company or person claim (office Manager) and have you restricted from coming on their property (trespassing) if it is an apartment complex if you have not been serve any legal document from the court.

Easy. Its private property. They can do basically what they want as long as they are not unlawfully discriminating. They own the property (or managee it for the owner and you do not). They can regulate visitors and guests. If you were a guest of a tenant, you might have caused a problem that justifes their actions. Maybe they got a complaint from another tenant?
