expungement
Is there any possible way of having a guilty plea of over 2 years old expunged from my record. It was a misdemeanor larceny charge and occured in 2002, i had no lawyer representation and was ordered to pay a fine and let go.

yes; but you have to hire a lawyer and get the case reopened if possible...depends upon your county and how the da approaches the underlying charge...otherwise, will be on your record for rest of your life
