DUI reduced

I was charged with a DUI, first time offense. If my officer does not show up at the trial because he was called back to active duty, can my case be reduced?

Not possible to answer without more info, but a dismissal @ first setting (or a reduction) is rare. All questions should be answered by the atty who represents you.
