Re: DWI and hit and run

A 2nd DWI within 3 years of each other will take your license for 4 years, and plus you are looking at a minimum of 7 days in jail. A refusal will automatically take your license for 1 yr from the date you were pulled.

A hit/run with personal injury by itself will take your license for 1 yr.

You really should talk to an attorney it sounds like you won't be seeing your license for a while if you get convicted of all the charges against you.
