My Ex-wife cheated, we have kids, can I prove her unfit?
My Ex-wife cheated on me if I can prove that to the state of north carolina court system do I have a hope of gaining full custody of my kids?

That fact alone will not make it a slam-dunk case. The judge will look at all other factors in determining who is the better parent to have custody-- such as, whether one parent spent most of his/her time raising the kids, who was more involved in the children's education, etc.
