Good news! NC is a no fault state meaning if you meet the eligibility requirements of being separated one year and at least one of you living in NC for at least 6 months then you are entitled to a divorce as a matter of law and there isn't squat all you wife can legally do to prevent it. Plus it can be done likely cheaper than you can do it yourself. Our firm charges $395 which covers everything including court cost - just visit www.easyncdivorce.com
