I am a hard working man who loves to work, but recently fell behind on my child support. my drivers license was suspended, thus, all but eliminating me the working. how do I obtain a valid license? atleast a working permit? how do they expect a man to support his family, if he cant legally get to and from work?

The answer is obvious - pay your child support. If your license was suspended for failure to pay child support that tells me a couple of things: 1) you didn't 'recently' fall behind and 2) you most likely ignored and / or failed to cooperate with child support enforcements numerous attempts to catch up your arrears in some fashion. As to your question 'how do they expect a man to support his family, if he cant legally get to and from work?' They don't. Since you aren't paying child support or even working with child support enforcement, they figure maybe you should suffer a little bit too. So now that they have your attention, go see someone at child support enforcement and see what they can do to help you get caught up, reinstated and back to work.
