Legal separation letter

I would like a letter Indicating that every since we decided to split up, everyone is responsible for his or her assets. he or she got nothing to do with each other. His money is his money, and her money is her money. For both not to ask for anything. For eveyone to go their own way without asking for anything, and each one is responsible for their finances, and have nothing to with each other.

Sounds like a separation agreement is needed if you and your spouse have agreed as to the manner and property distribution of separation. This should not cost much. If you want to discuss this further e-mail me. [email protected]
