Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I live in NY. My 9 year old daughter lives in Durham NC. I summons my daughters mother for visitation but custody had to be establish first judge said. She had a lawyer I did not. She lied and said I do not know my daughter and the judge granted me once a month supervised visits and said to come back in 6 months and he will modify it but it does not say that in the permanent custody order. Also I was given Thurs to speak to my daughter yet now the mother wont let me and wants to change the days to Sunday. I told her she needs to follow the order. In the order also says I need to be update with my child support, I am now So my questions are:

Can I change the visits to unsupervised like the judge said?

Can I change my child support to update?

Can she get into trouble for not letting me speak to my daughter on day in order?

Can I hire a lawyer and go back in court?

Thank you so much.

Follow the order closely, and in 6 months hire a lawyer and go back to court. In the meantime, call on the day the judge said, and keep your phone bills so you can show you made the calls every week. Document all the ways she is not following the order. You will need all this when you go back to court. Mail some notes and cards and little gifts to your daughter and if they get returned unopened, take those to court with you. Keep records and receipts of everything you do so you have some documents to prove you did it. And take pictures of the stuff you send her so you can prove it.
