Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My wife is taking her ex to court for child support. He has hired my ex wife's attorney. Is this a conflict of interest?

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what he represented her for. If he represented her in any matter that is close to the child support the is it most likely a conflict of interest. If he represented her in say...a traffic ticket and he gained no information in that representation that would assist in this representation, no conflict of interest has occurred.
