alienation of affection and criminal conversation

I just got served papers by my partners wife who has accused us of having an affair and distroying the marriage, I have not had sex with him and the marriage was over before I became his business partner. I have not idea what this is about or what I need to do..Please provide me with some information on t he subject and what I need to do to defend myself

You will have difficulty defending yourself in this lawsuit. You should consult with and retain an attorney to defend you. If you do not timely respond to the complaint, then you will go into "default," which has serious consequences.
