Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

A judgment was entered against me in Magistrate's court and I initially appealed. I then had withdrawn my appeal and dismissed it. Can I Rescind my Motion to dismiss and begin my Appeal again.

I have paid half the judgment, although i did not agree and now the Plaintiff is requiring me to complete a Motion to Claim Exempt Property.

Furthermore if I am making reasonable payments with the interest, why do I have to go through this? Can I Motion Against the Completion of this document to the Court?

Make sure you fill out the Motion to Claim Exempt Property within 20 days of service or you will lose your exemptions. There would be no reason for you not to fill this out - you will just hurt yourself further.
