What is the statute of limitation and procedure for filing a law suit against a County agency in North Carolina?

You do not give me enough facts. What are you suing for? It is generally 3 years for most things, but it could be 2 years if it involves a contract or shorter if it involves real estate (like for a mechanic's lien) if this does not involve title to real estate. However, I do not know if any tolling provisions apply.
