what if

what if an inmate has been deported but came back illegally, had been approved after coming back illegally and has been in the US for nine years, paid taxes, been approved with ex-wife, she never finised helping him, married another woman, she and her mother became his sponsors, and ICE came and got only him from work one day and now has been detained for 2 months?

Re: what if

Where are you detained? If you reentered illegally after removal, I would not be surprised if they reinstate your removal. Have you not received anything from ICE in these 2 months? Do you have a lawyer? You should. The reason you were picked up is if you filed an application via your wife and her mother, they got your address and your work location. What country are you from because if you are from a country where you fear persecution, you could be granted a credible fear interview and, if it goes okay, your case can go before the judge for a hearing. If you have been detained for 2 monthsm, and don't know what they are doing, call your Embassy, or tell your ICE officer that you want action! The sad part is that it is likely you will be either removed back to your country, or possibly prosecuted by the feds for illegal reentry, imprisoned for a short 2 years, and then deported, all without ever going before an immigration judge (unless you request a credibe fear interview). Good luck to you!
