Computer related offenses

How is the military supposed to handle computer related offenses. Is there a particular way eveidence is supposed to be handled. Is a chain of custody supposed to be followed and are witnesses allowed to keep evidence in their possession.

1. Yes there are COC's and protocols to follow.

2. No a person would not be permitted to keep suspected CP.

3. I do about 7-8 military CP cases each year. Call for a free initial consultation on your whole case. These computer cases can be difficult, and you also need a good forensic computer examiner on your team.
