Steroid Use

I recently turned in anabolic steroids durring an ''amnesty period'' and got arrested anyway. Its said im going to be processed for separation under oth. Ive been in 3 years and 6 months and never had even a negative counseling. Is this something they can do and can i fight getting discharged?

You should fight this at your discharge hearing. If they are trying to give you an OTH, you have the right to request an administrative discharge board to decide if you should be separated or not. You can be represented by a lawyer and call witnesses and present evidence at this hearing. You can demonstrate that this was covered during an amnesty period and protected under the regulations. IF you are protected by the regs, they should not be able to use that against you.
