Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

morgage fraud

I am hoping that you can help me with this craziness that I have. I have a house in nc my loan application for this loan is all untrue, everything on it is a lie. So I dont know where I can find a lawyer who can help me with this issue and also someone who is able to take this case with no money upfront .Someone who is able to help me for a % of the win.

I didn't quite understand the question but if you are in danger of being foreclosed on and you feel that there was fraud, you should contact the Attorney General consumer protection and office of the Commissioner of Banks. Also call the NC Foreclosure Help program - which is a state run program. We cannot list web addresses and phone numbers here but do a google search of ncforeclosurehelp.
