Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
I have been concerned about a potential hit and run or whatever it was. If there are 50 same make and modle pickup truck's, do law enforcement investigate there phone's and internet over and ovet again for the same 50 people for nearly a decade?

Your question doesn't really make any sense - why only 50 pickup trucks? And why are you only concerned about phone and internet? In any event, criminal investigations go one for as long as a particular law enforcement agency cares to investigate. Investigations usually stop after the statue of limitations has run but if someone was killed during this hit and run or whatever it was, there is no statute of limitations on that and yes, most law enforcement agencies are prepared to scour the earth forever to find out who did it
