Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

I got a ticket on a cdl license for 74 in a 55. Can I use a prayer for judgement? I believe I have one minor speeding ticket on my record, but have never used PFJ before.

You can use it if the Judge grants it. Really, more information is needed. Since you have a Colorado license, you will need to check their to see how this would impact you. If you are a planning on getting a NC license, then you are allowed one ticket that is 10 mph or less and one PJC in a three year period without having insurance consequences. The PJC is per POLICY not per person.
