Legal Question in Business Law in North Dakota

Deposition

My company is being sued and I have sent them written information but they are requesting that I come in for a deposition. Is this something I legally have to do and if so should I have an attorney with me.

Re: Deposition

Attorney assistance is preferable, whether it be to attend with you or "coach" you ahead of time.
